Threat to sea life

More than 8 million tonnes of plastic ends up in our oceans each year. Scientists have found microplastics in 114 aquatic species.

Deforestation

Each year 16 million hectares of forest disappear globally. NASA predicts the current levels of deforestation will wipe out the rainforests in less than 100 years.

Single Use Problem

Approximately 150 million tonnes of plastic is used in single-use bags annually.
